Goals
The main objective was to redesign the Hey! app by taking into account the needs of product owners and users. The idea was to further gamify the artist-fan experience to attract more users and create a more engaged community.
Team
As part of this project, I had the opportunity to work with Sarah Gergaud, Lead UX Designer; Lyse Dupisson, UI Designer; as well as the product owners: Didier Borg and Pierre Lefebvre.


During this project, I worked as a UX Designer. The goal was to redesign the Hey! app. This app needed to be optimized to create a much more authentic and engaging fan-artist experience. The definition phase allowed us to gather concrete feedback on the existing app. During this phase, I conducted two interviews: the first with the product owners and the second with an artist involved with Hey! The ideation phase helped brainstorm essential new features, including gamification.
Afterwards, I worked with the team on the design phase alongside Sarah and Lyse. The mockups were presented progressively throughout the workshops, which allowed us to gather valuable feedback. This feedback was useful for further optimizing the user experience!
